Selected FLEXADIN products mail-in rebate program
Purchases must be made in Canada between September 18, 2023 and June 30, 2024 and your claim must be submitted online by July 31, 2024.. Products eligible for mail-in rebate: - $20 mail-in rebate on the purchase of a bag of 60 Flexadin Advanced Original chews. - $10 mail-in rebate on the purchase of a bag of 30 Flexadin Advanced (with boswellia) chews. - $20 mail-in rebate on the purchase of a bag of 60 Flexadin Advanced (with boswellia) chews.
For any information regarding our products, please consult your veterinary clinic. Please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your refund. If you have not received anything after 8 weeks, contact us at flexadinpromo@redemco.com.
Vetoquinol is not responsible for incomplete or misdirected claims due to technical problems upon submission.
This mail-in rebate is subject to all federal and provincial laws as well as all applicable municipal by-laws. Any fraudulent submission may result in legal action.
Vetoquinol reserves the right to interrupt or modify this mail-in rebate at any time, without notice.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REBATE:
- Once your eligible purchase has been made, register your claim online at www.flexadinpromo.ca no later than July 31 2024.
- Complete the claim form.
- Attach a copy of your invoice* that you have previously scanned or via the “ATTACH YOUR INVOICE” function in the form on a mobile device which will also give you the option to attach an image directly via the camera application.
*Your invoice must clearly indicates the name of the product purchased, the date of purchase, the invoice number and the name and address of the veterinarian.
If one of these conditions is not respected, the claim will be rejected.
Debit card, credit card and bank statements are not accepted.
